Pure, focused and incisive on the fragrant nose, displaying intense strawberry, red currant, orange zest and floral scents and hints of white pepper and chalky minerals. Dry and tightly wound, offering nervy red berry and citrus fruit flavors along with honeysuckle and succulent herb flourishes. Puts on weight with air and finishes very long and stony, displaying excellent precision and a biting mineral quality. No excess fat here, that’s for sure.

This has a floral nose, with notes of strawberries and white flowers. The palate is clean and dry, with refreshing and crisp acidity. Minerality, citrus, and a touch of salinity give way to an aromatic finish.
