EXPERT NOTES 

Twill Cellars is a small Oregon wine project presenting the influence of land, weather and craft in a vinous assembly. Organic farming practices are used in the fields and low intervention in the winery.  All of their wines are sourced from estate grown fruit, to ensure the highest quality.

WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES 

Immediate, lip smacking notes of lime blossom, flint, and passionfruit. With air this fleshes out with secondary notes of lemon curd and zest. The sensation no matter the fruit is tension.  On the palate, flavors of key lime, cream and lightly toasted graham are noted. This wine should age wonderfully and will continue to deepen with time in the cellar or with a decant.
