Bright and sharply focused on the nose, displaying nervy citrus and orchard fruit flavors complemented by a chalky mineral overtone. Chewy, dry and focused on the palate, offering concentrated, mineral-laced Meyer lemon, pear and melon flavors and a sharpening ginger flourish. The mineral note carries through the very long, taut finish, which shows fine definition and final cut. -Josh Raynolds
