Bright and sharply focused on the nose, displaying nervy citrus and orchard fruit flavors complemented by a chalky mineral overtone. Chewy, dry and focused on the palate, offering concentrated, mineral-laced Meyer lemon, pear and melon flavors and a sharpening ginger flourish. WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Straw yellow color with green lacing. Intense varietal aromas, with notes of pears, apples and peaches. Fresh in the mouth, tasty, balanced, long and a persistent aromatic finish, rich with the brilliant acidity that Txakoli is known for. Mineral notes round out this refreshing offering.
