WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
The wine was fermented long, cold and slow 100% carbonic fermentation with the juice resting with the skins for 40 days. The resulting wine is light, showing juicy red fruits, yet full of structure and complexity. Perfect for a chilled red year round, great with with spicy and richly seasoned foods.
