WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
This wine shows lifted, floral aromas of citrus and peach. Minerality on the palate is balanced by stone fruit, lime and white spice - giving a long, crisp and zesty finish. It is a perfect pairing aloongside sushi, or can match lightly spicy dishes such as beef and sesame noodles and thai green curry.
