EXPERT NOTES
Very light orange-pink. Fresh strawberry and tangerine on the nose, joined by bright mineral and floral notes as the wine opens with air. Taut and energetic in the mouth, offering refreshingly bitter red currant and orange zest flavors and a touch of white pepper. Finishes stony and quite long, featuring a lingering suggestion of candied flowers.

WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
A truly unique rosé, this is intensely aromatic, dry and slightly effervescent. It has delicate flavors of wild strawberries, a silky texture, bright acidity and great minerality. Rosé Txakolí is a lively, and exciting style of wine that begs to be enjoyed as an aperitif or paired alongside seafood entrees.
