Located in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Champagne PertoisMoriset, has been a family estate from the beginning. They farm 13 hectares that stretch across some of the most prestigious Grand Cru parcels in the Côte des Blancs, bottling only 8 hectares under their own label.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTE
Grower Champagne made of 92% steel fermented Chardonnay and 8% neutral oak-aged Red Bouzy Pinot Noir, blended and aged 36 months on the lees. Vegan safe. Elaborated from Pinot Noir grapes cultivated in Bouzy, and from Chardonnay coming from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, this cuvee is an exceptional Rosé champagne produced through the art of blending a small percentage of the red wine in with the white wine. It is fresh, elegant, and fruity.
