WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTE
Grower Champagne made with organically farmed fruit from Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs. Its primary fermentation is in both steel and neutral oak and is them aged 36 months on the lees with no malolactic fermentation. Vegan safe. It is elaborated uniquely from 100% Chardonnay, which has a noble yet delicate quality. Wines produced from this varietal are the perfect companions for all parties and ceremonies.
