The red 2020 La Senda de la Traición is mostly Tempranillo but with sorne white Malvasía Riojana from a Viñedo Singular plot planted in the village of Laguardia in 1940 close to the alluvial part of the village with complex soils. The full clusters fermented in open-top barreis with carbonic maceration, and the wine matured in those same barreis for one year. lt has a fruit-driven nose with notes of ripe berries (it's 14.5% alcohol, like most reds here) and a soft texture with round tannins and mellow acidity. 963 bottles were filled in November 2021.

This vineyard has the name "Senda de la Traición", due to the famous path that cross it in the past. It is a path full of stories and legends, where the people who had not fulfilled their promises or had been cheating, had to walk through publicly.
