WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
This deep, cherry red wine has complex balsamic, and herbal aromas. Lavender, fennel and rosemary are perfectly integrated along with scents of black fruit. Similar flavors of black licorice, herbs, and a touch of vanilla, dominate the palate. Tannins and gentle acidity are finely integrated into the wine, which displays a long, fresh, and elegant finish, showing notes of dark fruit, plum and chocolate.
