Fruit is sourced from Old vineyards of Cebreros, located in the Gredos mountains, in the province of Ávila. It is one of the oldest wine-producing regions in Spain, situated at 700 M altitude and has granitic soils. Both the soil and the altitude contribute to producin very concentrated fruit with a strong personality, which give this wine a pronounced mineral character.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Very clear aromas of the indigenous variety; honey and fennel notes with a touch of apricot. This wine highlights the region's strong minerality, enhancing the way the Albillo is expressed. In the mouth it is powerful, velvety and long.
