Tasting Notes

  • Eyes: Glistening straw yellow color.
  • Nose: Powerful aroma of medium-to-high intensity; fruity character, rich, displaying some aniseed and herbaceous nuances that showoff the verdejo. Notes of white fruit (pear, apple), typical of the viura, come through.
  • Taste: Straightforward and silky mouth displaying a well structured length and crisp acidity. Intense citric nuances of grapefruit on the finish.
