  • Grapes: 100% Verdejo
  • Vinification: Fermented at 61F for 18 days

Tasting Notes

  • Eyes: Very attractive greenish-straw yellow.
  • Nose: A distinct aniseed and herbaceous nose with a powerful aroma of high intensity, where notes of down fruit are coming through (peaches and quinces) as well as some exotic notes such as pineapple and passion fruit.
  • Taste: Elegant, fruity and slightly fatty mouth, where exotic notes come through again. It provides great acidity suggesting some contribution of carbonic maceration, which yields some freshness. A well-structured wine with a long, long lingering finish.
